At Flows8, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we provide refunds only under specific circumstances outlined below.
Refunds may be approved if:
The downloaded item is defective, corrupted, or incomplete.
The product does not match its description on the listing page.
A technical issue on Flows8’s side prevented download or access.
A duplicate payment or accidental charge occurred.
Requests outside these reasons are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind or accidental purchase after download.
Failure to understand the product before buying (full descriptions are provided).
Incompatibility with third-party software not listed as supported.
Subscription periods already used in part (unless billing errors occur).
To request a refund:
Email support@flows8.com with your order ID and the reason for your request.
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days and notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Partial refunds for unused time are not issued unless due to a technical problem or accidental renewal.
Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or PayPal, please contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Refunds for author-listed templates follow the same process. If approved, Flows8 adjusts the author’s earnings accordingly.
Flows8 may update this Refund Policy as needed. The latest version will always be available at flows8.com/refund-policy.
