What is Flows8?
Flows8 is a digital marketplace for creators and businesses. Discover, buy, and sell web themes and templates, code, video, audio, graphics, and automation workflows — from no-code tools to advanced AI solutions. Build faster, ship smarter, and grow with high-quality digital assets.
Who can join Flows8?
Anyone with developing experience creating digital assets, such as php scripts, WordPress themes or templates, automation workflows, AI integrations and others can join Flows8.
Whether you’re an individual creator, freelancer, or team, you can publish your work and start earning.
How do I become an author?
Create a free Flows8 account, go to your dashboard, and click “Become an Author.” After accepting the Author Terms, your author account is activated instantly.
You can then upload items and manage your sales.
What can I sell on Flows8?
You can sell web templates, php scripts, video, audio, graphics, automation workflows, AI agents, scripts, or templates for tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom APIs.
Each item must be functional, properly documented, and original. Be sure to check the author terms for full list of what you can sell.
Is there a fee to list my items?
No, listing your items on Flows8 is free. The platform only takes a small commission on each sale to cover payment processing and operational costs.
How are payments processed?
Flows8 uses trusted providers like Stripe and PayPal to process all transactions securely.
Payments are encrypted, and your financial details are never stored on our servers.
How much do authors earn?
Authors earn 70% of every sale up until $10,000 worth of earnings. From there, the percentage goes up to 75%, paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer.
Payout details can be tracked directly in your Author Dashboard.
How long does it take for my item to be approved?
Most submissions are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Our team ensures that all listings meet the marketplace’s quality and functionality standards before being published.
Can I update or delete my templates?
Yes. Authors can update item descriptions, files, or pricing directly from their dashboard.
You can also remove an item at any time if you no longer wish to sell it.
What happens if a buyer requests a refund?
Refunds are handled according to the Flows8 Refund Policy. Refunds may be approved if the item is defective or does not match its description.
Authors are notified of refund requests and involved in the review process.
Are there restrictions on what I can upload?
Yes. Items must comply with copyright laws and marketplace standards.
Content containing sensitive data, pirated code, or harmful automations is strictly prohibited and will be removed.
Can I use Flows8 as a buyer without selling?
Absolutely. You can browse, download, and purchase any asset without being an author.
Creating a free account allows you to save favorites and access your purchased items anytime.

How do I track my sales and earnings?
You can view all transactions, earnings, and download data directly from your Author Dashboard.
Reports are updated in real-time and available for export.
What payment methods do buyers use?
Buyers can pay securely through Stripe or PayPal using credit or debit cards.
All transactions are processed through encrypted payment gateways.
Can I offer free templates on Flows8?
Yes. Authors can choose to publish free templates to build visibility, gain followers, or attract new buyers to their paid listings.
Can I collaborate with other authors?
Collaboration between authors is allowed as long as all contributors agree on ownership and licensing terms.
Shared items must comply with the Author Terms.
